Flowerhill Price List: 2023/24
Cross-country teenagers ( 12y.o-17y.o) (intermediate) - 1hr - €60.00 (other options available)
Cross country adults (intermediate) - 1hr - €70.00 (other options avail)
Schooling own Horse/Pony, strictly by appointment only - 1hr 30min - €30.00 (net)
Stabling for one night including hay ledge - €35.00 (net)

Sample Packages
Each sample package can always be adapted to meet each riders needs and we can always tailor make a package for your dream cross-country jumping holiday! Don't be afraid to tell us exactly what you want so we can meet your expectations.
Please note that all packages and times are approximate and could be subject to slight change depending on weather conditions etc. Clients are advised to have their own insurance policy and also note their agent's cancellation policy. Cross-country jumping during winter season (October to March) is usually on the all-weather surface.
Cross-country packages
Regular Weekend training package, approx 11hrs riding, (staying three nights, Thursday noon until Sunday lunchtime)
Arrive Thursday noon - 1.30 hour hack out assessment and cross country jumping.
Friday 10.00 am to 11.45am cross country jumping training followed by lunch break then, from 1.30 pm to 3.15 pm cross country training.
Saturday 10.00 am to 11.45 am cross country training then lunch break followed by cross country training from 1.30 pm to 3.15pm.
Sunday morning full cross country ride from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm.
Total gross price €990.00 p., staying in Oak Lodge Guesthouse (+€10.00 per night p.P. single supp)
Extended weekend training package, approx 14hrs riding, (staying four nights, Wednesday evening until Sunday lunchtime)
Arrive Wednesday lunchtime, 1hr30 min hack out assessment and cross-country jumping.
Thursday 10.00 am until 11.45 am cross-country jumping followed by a lunch break then from 1.30 pm to 3.15 pm cross country training.
Friday 10.00 am to 11.45 am cross country jumping followed by lunch break, then from 1.30 pm to 3.15 pm cross country training.
Saturday 10.00 am to 11.45 am cross country training then lunch break followed by cross country training from 1.30 pm to 3.15 pm.

5 and a half days riding package, approximately 20hrs riding, including six nights B&B accommodation, riding Tuesday morning until Sunday noon, arrive monday afternoon/evening at B&B until Sunday morning)

this programme includes approx 3.5+ hours per day (10.00 am to 11.45 am followed by lunch break, then from 1.30 pm to 3.15 pm, apart from Sunday morning ride only) of xc training , showjumping lesson x2 , xc riding out including hound exercising , riding 2 different irish sport horses, cobs or ponies per day.

Teenager group package (for 12 to 17 years)
To include 6 days riding with 7 nights full board accommodation. Groups or club groups must have their OWN ADULT CARETAKER, giving a minimum of 6 students.
Arrive afternoon/evening any day of your choice - teenagers can walk about Flowerhill and see the cross country course and horses if they wish.
Riding times each day are - 10.00 am to 12.00 noon then break for lunch - afternoon riding 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm (on a different horse) The daily program will include the following: show jumping, cross country training, trekking, riding out during "hound exercise" etc - the daily riding schedule of activities will be decided by your own trainer - times are approximate and could be subject to slight change re weather conditions etc ).
The kids will start each day with continental breakfast at 8:30am, lunch at 12:15 and dinner at 18:00
This is promised to be a very educational training oppurtinity for teenagers with lots of fun involved.
The accommodation is full board and sharing.

NOTE -- accommodation can be on site in Flowerhill House. Groups are ideally up to 8 riders (gives more personal attention) Groups of 6 or more are eligible to bring a group leader/ care taker free of charge for riding only, applies for Teenager group package only. Groups may or can be split up according to ability -- clients are advised to have their own insurance- also note agents cancellation policy. Transport from and to the airport can be arranged at an additional fee.

Economy Hunt weekend (Friday evening until Sunday evening)
Arrival at Guesthouse Friday afternoon or evening. Two hour pre-hunt cross country training on Saturday morning on the Estate.
Hunting Sunday with the Roscommon Harriers at 12:00.

All riders must have their own personal accident insurance, sign waiver forms and pay capping fees to the hunt secretary on the hunt day.
